We are hoping that the OBC Board consults a lawyer and quickly recants and apologizes for their latest transgression against me before they get into legal trouble!

There were tough side winds this evening, especially over the final kilometer. Only two of the teams who had ridden in previous Invitationals - the first place team of Robert Parniak and Tricia Spooner, and the 5th place team of Neil Farish and Dianne Marleau - managed to improve upon their previous Invitational times tonight. Here is a graph of the finishes of all of the individuals, teams, and tandems in the WTT Invitationals for those who rode today and who had participated in at least one earlier WTT Invitational. All who had earlier 2009 times were slower than our previous 2009 best speed, but nevertheless had a good time. The spirited "Biker Babes" tandem team in their colourful, loose sail-like garb, added the most fun. Legal with a bell on their bike, they rang it at each passer-by.
